You have been through an intense few days. Christmas, if it has made any impact on your experience of life, has had minimal influence. Perhaps it has provided the opportunity or the social situation in which you could step back for a moment and look at what has got to change. You've seen that now. You haven't just started to change it; you've changed it. Your New Year resolutions may be to do with 'change management', but they don't need to invite any more transformation in.
